I am so pleased with everything about this purchase! The seller has excellent customer service. Every time I emailed questions, they answered by the next day (or even sooner).For pinch pleats added to my custom curtains, they advised me to purchase curtain panels twice as wide as I needed; when they added the pleats, it would reduce the width to half. In other words, I needed two 50” panels to cover a 100” rod (which I hung over a 72” wide window—so that when the curtains were fully open, they would rest over the wall without covering the window). I ordered two 100” panels (twice the width of my rod), and after they added the pinch pleats, the finished panels were 50” each.They also provided the metal hooks to hang the pinch pleats from.The drapes look beautiful both open and closed, and they look full. The sewing and stitching is very nicely done. I love the pleats and I love the curtains.
